Reza Jafari brings traditional Persian knowledge, European repair experience and more than three decades of service in Santa Rosa to every rug he handles.
Reza's story
From Persian villages to Northern California.
Born in Iran (Persia) in 1966, Reza discovered his talent for repairing and cleaning rugs at an early age. He traveled to villages throughout Persia to gather and improve his skills before moving to Paris, France, in 1990.
For two years, he worked primarily with Persian and European rug repair specialists. That experience expanded his knowledge of European rugs, including tapestries, Aubusson rugs and wall rugs.
Reza then moved to Santa Rosa, California. Since 1992, he has repaired and cleaned Persian and European rugs for customers throughout the region.
